Snowy Mountains Trout Farm strives to provide the highest quality farmed trout. Brood stock are kept on-farm and at Caddigat Lakes at Dixieland, Adaminaby (www.dixielandflyfishing.com.au). After hatching, trout fry are brought into production as required, and grown to market size to meet demand.
Fish come off the farm straight into iced water prior to processing and are kept chilled right through the supply chain. All processes are fully compliant with NSW food safety regulations, with regular NSW Government inspections.
