Orders for fresh fish must be placed by 8 am Monday or 8am Wednesday for next day delivery (processing is undertaken on Mondays and Wednesdays).
Order for frozen or smoked trout can be placed at any time, with delivery normally within 2 to 3 working days – add an extra day for interstate.
When processing days vary due to holidays regular customers will be advised in advance.
Wholesale orders can be placed by email, phone or fax.
Small orders can be placed through any of our wholesalers.
